Seems kind and understanding on the surface but is very micromanagerial. Talking sneeze out of line he is on you faster than lightning. A colleague had her mask off taking a drink no sooner than she had set the drink down he was yelling "put your mask back on" literally two seconds after the straw had disconnected from her lips. He is very to the book and numbers driven which is great but the micromanagement and dismissive attitude have completely turned me off the company. I hate going to work. Literally cry in the mornings. He talks down to his subordinates which may be him trying to consider feelings but comes off as superior. Another colleague stated they stopped doing the engagement committee because each time they asked off to work on the projects was given insufficient time. Though I believe it is unintentional many conversations leave me feeling less than, not valued and worthless.
