Toni is probably the worse manager I’ve ever worked for. On my first day it was stated that she does not train, help train, nor do check ins to make sure her employees are doing ok. She has a habit of not acknowledging your existence and could go three days without speaking to you even though she will speak to everyone else in the office. The tone of which Toni speaks to people “below” her is also a bit concerning. She has had many complaints from POC about how she speaks or treats them and has even had their management get involved. Unfortunately nothing came of this due to Toni knowing a lot of people in the AA side. If you’re thinking about working for this woman just be ready for a very energetic, chaotic, blame shifting boss that will keep a smile on her face while CEOs and VPs are in there but will have a different tone and energy when it involves a someone who can’t help her out later.
