Tisha has created a toxic and hostile work environment. She is a bully!!! She demeans, criticizes, ridicules and is constantly angry. She talks bad about an employee to another employee. She is paranoid. We are not allowed to speak to other store managers that come to our store to help about what is going on in the store. She is very immature and acts like it is high school all over again. She plays mind games and always is the victim. She does not give clear instructions or direction and gets very angry when you do not understand. She constantly makes mistakes (will not own up to them) and gets mad when an employee makes one. She mocks and makes fun of employees (thinks it’s funny). Throws a fit when an employee calls off sick or has to go home due to an illness (calls them a liar). She plays favorites and it shows in the weekly schedule and job assignment. She is a liar!!! Does not know her job or the policies of the store. She abuses her employees… Tisha punishes and retaliates against certain employees . She is dangerous!!! The environment is not healthy. We have lost quite a few employees because of her actions and the store is about to lose more. She needs to go!!!!

Tisha is very demeaning, rude, and belittles her employees. She speaks about associates to other associates and gossips like she is in high school. She plays victim every time you bring up an issue and try to stand your ground. She is honestly just a big bully. She made plenty of people want to quit and unhappy in their jobs. She will treat you how she wants because she knows she is the boss and the district manager won’t do anything about it. It upsets me the way she is allowed to speak to people. She will stare at you in your face and roll her eyes if you don’t say anything she likes. I don’t think she should be a store manager, especially of a store she has no back ground knowledge of. She has taken 4 months to do training and still doesn’t know how to run her store correctly.

She has manifested the most toxic work enviornment from her immense immaturity. She constantly accuses her associates of talking shit about her and spends far too much time flapping her gums at us that we feel like it isn't worthwile to listen to her. She plays favorites, infantilizing these associates while accusing the others of trying to corrupt them when they're only trying to do their job. She constantly barks contradictory orders at everyone and none of us know what we're supposed to do because if we don't follow what she says exactly, she blows up. If we ask for clarification, she demands for us to "repeat what she said" as if that'll solve the issue. Her mood dictates how our work day is going to go and the smallest of things set her off. When she's set off, she chooses to stand there saying worthless bullcrap at us and if we try to leave, she puts her hands on us. She refuses to accommodate employees when they're literally vomiting every 5 minutes and forces them to stay through their shift. Multiple employees have felt targeted by her relentless bullying and quit because they can't take it anymore. She brags about how she's curing peoples mental illnesses by making them work harder. She refuses to do her job and gets angry with her employees when it isn't done. Tisha: Please go to therapy. You are quite frankly unfit to be a manager with how you're behaving right now. I believe that if you do get some help, you can be a better manager, but right now, you are far too immature and self-centered.
