On the plus side Tim did put a plan in place to elevate one of his reports when they completed thier bachelors. He also supported another employee’s masters. In my opinion Tim would not support agreed to goals and objectives or advocate for his reports as they worked to complete said g&o’s. Tim seems unable to make a decision if there might be risk to himself. One might come to the opinion that Tim was a bully after his attempts to get two admin’s fired were unsuccessful though Tim was successful in getting his Boss fired. I would not trust Tim as far as I could throw him. In summary, Tim Manages up well but down poorly. Tim is only nterested in what is good for Tim.
