This boss used things disclosed in what was said to be a "safe space" in performance evaluation. She would make assessments of my ability and when I asked for concrete steps to improvement she would pivot or have no answer. Once she told me to read my job description so I brought up the actual job description in a meeting with her, read the document in it's entirety, and asked what I wasn't doing. She could not answer and changed the subject. This woman is dangerously incompetent and does not belong in library management.
