-probably the most selfish person you will every have to work with -remember when you were in grade school, and during lunch hour/recesses, there were always 2-3 girls who would walk around with the teacher who was on playground duty, holding her hand? One of those girls was Tara Pearson....everything she does revolves around kissing the authorities ass to better position herself -# one beef from operation leadership is how she doesn't understand the business....very intimidated by the business and simply doesn't understand it. -in examining issues and situations, her thought process begins with "how can i deal with this situation and create a resolution that will benefit me first and foremost?"...the needs of the of business become irrelevant to her because she doesn't understand what the business needs -the grades of "F" in the report card section are generous....
