She treats her employees as if she is a drill sergeant. She was in the marines and still acts like it towards the employees and it’s not an efficient way to act. She is rude & has no respect for her employees. She condones sexual assault. Multiple people at her bar have been harassed by the same guy, who she has been warned about over 5 times. She continues to let him assault girls, just so she can take his money. Even after she said she would be banning him, it never happened. Being a marine you’d think she wouldn’t take this so lightly, but she does. Never will I ever recommend anyone to work there. MULTIPLE employees have quit simply due to Tammy’s behavior. This is not a place you want to work.
