At first Tabitha seems nice, but you quickly learn that she only looks out for the managers under her - not the employees. She consistently lies and allows toxic behavior by managers (thereby enabling a toxic manager’s bad behavior). She expects staff to be accountable, but lies to us and has no idea why we aren’t happy. When she learns we’re unhappy, she tells us we can resign and tells us we should appreciate our job. She lacks the emotional maturity to be self aware enough to see that her actions have sparked the problem.
