First off, he's not a leader. Just someone who comes in, sits in the office all day, and collects his paycheck, then off to his apartment. He's not involved with the team until something happens because this means he won't have to take accountability, and can just place all faults on the department leader. Second off, his communication is piss poor. It's 50% Stuart will explicitly state, while the other 50% he keeps in his stomach. What's worse is that you can't assume or imply instructions or directions because that could mess up protocols. Third off, he's absolutely downright useless when it comes to needing guidance from him because he won't take the necessity to help employees who need it. Fourth off, you're constantly stressed about whether you'll have a good day or a bad day at work, which shouldn't even be happening. He's committed workplace retaliation because he demoted an employee just out of personal preference and for being a whistleblower. Corporate needs to investigate this guy and place him elsewhere, no joke. Stuart also ignores people when they ask for assistance. He treats employees like garbage, yet demands respect from them. The real joke is Stuart himself being in the position of a boss. He acts like he's the CEO/owner/founder of the company. Even worse, he acts like the CEO offered him a million bucks for acting like a total douche. Personally, if I had known that management would shift to someone who is incompetent and rude in February 2023, I would have never accepted the job offer from the beginning. Yes, I am open to change, but I am not open to managers treating subordinates like garbage, and that's exactly what Stuart did. I would give his leadership style a negative 0. He needs to go.
