Stephanie as a boss was very manipulative and narcissistic. She takes credit for all the good things you do. She models behavior like being on her phone during meetings and having her door shut and being uninviting to employees. Then if you have your door closed or check your phone in a meeting she reprimands you until you cry even though she modeled that the behavior was OK by taking personal calls regularly during team meetings. No one in the company feels like they can go to her for help which is not a quality you want in an HR director. She is also not educated for the job. She also once pulled me into her office alone and reprimanded me for a post I made on social media off the clock about wondering if anyone would miss me if I died by telling me I was a horrible Christian and how dare I post something like that when there are people out there who are actually suicidal. Am she refused to offer me any help for my depression just beat me further into the ground. I also was often treated badly then apologized too weeks later because her meds were off. This is not a positive environment to be in. There is no work life balance and she strives to retaliate and hurt anyone she doesn’t like. Do not work for this woman.
