CSD was a great place to work, and the former supervisor was a supportive person who created a strong team . As soon as Shirin Sepehrband Bronson replaced her , people started to leave because of her unprofessional and rude attitude. CSD became a chaotic and toxic environment, and many clinicians and clients left the agency .
