Told me I'm not cut out for the job and I might as well quit since she thinks I can't handle it when she has never groomed a dog in her life. When she's angry with the salon for whatever reason she will avoid us, we are all scared to ask her any question and we have to wait to see if she's in a good mood or not so we don't get in trouble. She doesn't listen to the employees who have been there the longest yet listens to every complaint from New hires and will fire people based off and if we talk about our pay.
