Shannon comes off as a caring person when you first start working with her, promising you she will always have your back and will help yo succeed. She then quickly becomes two-faced and any mistake you make will throw it in your face for months to come. She says she hates drama, but will gossip to anyone who will listen about everything going on in other peoples personal lives. She is not a good person to work with and needs more trainging on profesionalism.
