This is the worst boss, if not worst human being, I have ever met. Petty, vindictive, picked favorites and pitted them against her least favorites, terrible communicator, and tried to hold me and others to standards she claims she never set. I will never forget the time she set up “team building exercises” for us, but sat on the outside asking us about the lessons learned. That alone very much sums up exactly how she was perceived and how everyone felt about her. I wish nothing but the worst in life for Sarah Van Winkle, and I hope the mental turmoil she put me and others through gets returned to her tenfold.
