She has a strange way she runs her team. If you are in the clique and are hospitalized, she will send ask HR to send your flowers, otherwise you get nothing. Also, she punishes you if you go to doctor during work hours. Yes, she does not allow it. I violated her rule and had my bonus decrease because of it. The appointment, lead to I even had to have surgery that put me out of the office for several weeks. I came back before I was supposed to because she threatened to fire me if I didn't. She harassed me non-stop. She demanded that I be open about all aspects of my life with her. I turned in my notice and she continued to harass me with until I left. I reported it to HR and I also notified upper management.
