Unwilling to maintain a safe workplace in compliance with OSHA standards. Completely disregards employees advocating for their safety and needs. Micromanges and seems unable to trust employees to do jobs on their own. Frequently produces subpar work and is absent when clients come to pick up, resulting in employees having to answer to unhappy customers. Did not fill out unemployment paperwork during the pandemic, resulting in an employee getting the absolute minimum benefit. Makes completely inappropriate small talk/ frequently makes racist and sexist comments. Stalked an employee's ex girlfriend. Had the cops called on him twice for gun related incidents. Honestly needs to be stopped.
