She is a micro-manager and a compulsive meddler. Even when you are a great worker, care about outcomes, and do the best work anyone could ask for, she will stick her nose in and create an issue where there is none. She needs to stick to research and stay out of the day to day administrative business of the department. She's awful. She's been warned to back off, but she can't help herself and is unable to keep from inserting herself into arenas she has no business in.
