After a brief stint, I quit because she is very terrible in her ethics. She never trained me properly; I was thrown in and abandoned. Tried to ask for help; she gets mad. I've heard some "explicit" talk to others at times. She's also on her phone when she shouldn't be. This isn't normal of a manager. She must be held accountable – if not, fired.

Very unfriendly. Her attitude is very unprofessional. She also uses resources that other employees can used; she uses two powerjacks but only one is used and the other isn't used at all. Nepotism is very common. Her assistant Palvi always gets excessive favorability, but she has poor qualifications to do the job. Other employees are left to bite the dust. There is so much excessive micromanagement, making it impossible to complete my duties. Can't recommend her at all.

Very bad leader of the produce department. Always sassing, boasting her beauty, and being a favoritist. Her department is very overcentralized. Everything has to go through her, and it was very hard to exercise my own creative freedom. She always just stays off the floor; probably smoking, fraternizing or texting. If she's not bothered to care about her team or her job, she shouldn't be in that role. What needs to be done? - Decentralize control in the department. - Principle. - Be on the floor more often. - If necessary, demote her.
