Multiple inappropriate comments towards female staff, derogatory comments about LGBTQ community, derogatory comments about pregnant female staff, eating habits of pregnant female staff, refers to all female clients as “dear” “sweetheart” “precious” “love” Spends many hours of the workday chatting on the phone with personal calls, relies on 1-2 employees to do the work of 3 in order to spend less money on payroll. Wants a focus on quality service, yet somehow also spending the whole day on sales calls. Advertises ability to earn $40,000 a year AT LEAST, citing that staff can make up the rest with sales commission (BASE PAY $24,000 a year) this is extremely misleading given the amount of service work to be done in a day. Employee turnover is 3+ per year, most hired staff do not stay longer than 1 year at most due to toxic nature of work environment. Strangely he only hires women? Suspicious given his opinion and general treatment of women. All in all, very isolating, frustrating, and unprofessional work environment
