It appears she's used to bossing people around but is extremely incapable of doing anything herself. Another half-wit in management. What makes this behavior intolerable is not only can she not perform basic functions for her job, she asks others to complete her tasks for her. And get ready because she won't give you all of the information so you'll get to go round and round with what the need is and waste hours reworking her work. It's pure insanity. She is out of her depth.
Rebecca is unethical, emotionally driven and lies about statistics. She doesn't possess the skills to do a job in learning and technologies. She has zero technical acumen. In meetings, she is overbearing and can't not stay on topic in collaboration sessions with peers. Ethically, she operates with "no integrity" and forces others, subordinates, peers and executive management into a compromising position. She has had all her direct reports taken away because of her behavior and lack of management skills. Rebecca currently has no reports and shouldn't. He current role at the company is laughable as she is still unable to give complete, concise direction for work that needs to be done.
Her best trait as a manager is that she no longer is able to manage people at ServiceNow. She lacks the ability to understand technology. She often talks for long periods of time, yet says nothing of value. Its quite frustrating.
