Rebecca is the most passive aggressive person I’ve ever had the displeasure of knowing. She is the definition of a micromanager. She claims to have 13 years of experience, but can’t figure out how to screen share on a zoom call. She doesn’t understand basic technologies, and has admitted to the team that she cannot type correctly and has to use two fingers and look at the keyboard the whole time. How is this a leader in SaaS?? We had a team group message and would just make fun of her behind her back the whole time. If I was her, I would find a new career.
