Working with Rebecca was a rollercoaster; her mood swings make it hard to understand exactly how she feels about the work that you’ve done, if the feedback is criticism, or if she’s trying to be constructive. Due to a lack of integrity, she had to leave our company (resigned) and move on to Green & Fortune. Further Feedback was obtained from two stress who worked on her team there. She is willing to offer New Starter better money than her current staff. She also refused to negotiate salaries after her team found out about this. She would not go above and beyond to work outside of hours but expect this from all other staff with no compensation. She thinks she’s amusing, but she’s pretty out of touch with the people who will be rebuilding the industry she’s helped to blunder. She's a lonely lady who is angry and lives alone with her cats.
