Out spoken about his politics. A sychophant. Sever disciplinarian unless you fit in with his political opinions. Hates California and Californians. Planned to move to the east coast as soon as possible. Did not like having to pay workers for what they are worth. Is a myosgynist. All of staff is young women, that's what he prefers. This guy did not communicate well at all. Set me up for failure within the first month I was there. Just plan weird, has ticks and talks like he loves his own voice. He is a narcissist. Good luck for anyone working with him!

He is a great boss if you are a Republican. Talk about OCD! Also he would have loved for me to pour his coffee and get his lunch, not the kind of patriarchal boss that I would like to work with. He obviously had decided to get rid of me as soon as he arrived and I did not defer to him. He did not communicate well with me at all but by the end I could hardly stand to look at him, much less work with him. I am sure he felt the same way so he felt like it was fine to humiliate me as much as possible before he fired me. He made a big deal during the Christmas party of thanking everyone EXCEPT me. Then he would sit in his office with the door closed and talk about me, like I couldn't hear. One time, I walked by his office with the door shut, and he hollered like he was calling a pig, at me. All of his little chickadees laughed and laughed. If you are a old time secretary that doesn't mind wiping his nose, this job is great for you. If you have any self respect, good luck! Actually, me leaving that job (and boy what a job!) was the best thing that has happened to me! He has delusions that he is offering a different product but its no different (actually the loan rates are kind of high) than any other credit union out there.
