Ramon is new to the location we work at, and steps on a lot of toes. He is disrespectful, does not know how to work well with others, drains the morale of the room, and always has an attitude with his subordinates. Jackets had been purchased for the entire team and he continues to hang that over our heads as if its a bad thing. He tells people that we suck and how we shouldn’t be trusted in front of customers. Another manager told us all these problems stem from a “language barrier”, what a joke.
