Quoc is a pharmacist and has never been actually trained on how to be a district manager, he has no idea how to manage multiple stores and treats employees like cattle. Terrible at communication and does not stand up for his staff, instead choses to protect abusive store managers whom he knows personally and allows for continued abuse because he has no idea how a human should be treated in the workplace. Company is getting increasingly desperate to make money and due to this, he now gets staff to do cold calls to increase sales which is not in the job description of a pharmacy professional. If you apply with this company and he becomes your district manager, just know that he cannot be trusted and only cares about his bonus. You will likely never have anything remedied if you need his help, all you will get is excuses.
