Omar is an incompetent and obnoxious facilities director. He is incapable at his position and lacks prior knowledge and experience to perform his duties as a leader at kite pharma. Omar does not hold the qualities of leader, accountability being the main focus. As a leader of a department for a international company. One would think a leader would hold himself accountable for any an all issues that arise from running a successful department. Omar lacks the very essentials he said leader. Omar continually focuses on areas that should not concern his position. He is known by his subordinates to cause and create issues for his staff to clean up. Then points the finger of blame onto them. Laziness is Omar Melendez forte, for someone in his position, he is never at his site physically to manage, instruct, and experience the issues first hand of his facility. To any future employers in need of a facility director, steer clear of Omar Melendez.
