In the two years I worked for that man, it was nothing but torture. Nour has his favorites and he sticks to them. When it comes time to giving shifts, the same 8 people get all the parties and the rest of us get whatever else. Stuff was not split evenly and I never felt like my hard work was appreciated or valued in the company. He only focused on the bad, if I got a good review, he wouldn’t congratulate me but when I got a bad one, he was calling me into the office to talk about it. Working with him as my boss was emotionally draining and I never felt enough. He took that place, hired his besties and throws everyone else scraps and expects them to be just as good and if not, they will be terminated without reasonable clause.
