Nixon McCree is a manipulator, liar and has no integrity. The whole experience with Nixon as the GM of EWR has been a disaster. He is not knowledgeable of all aspects of the operation and cannot provide the appropriate leadership and direction. He cannot be trusted, you cannot just have a conversation with the man. Either you need a witness or have the items discussed documented because he will twist what was discussed into a narrative the suits his purpose. He is a narcissist plain and simple, he is desperately afraid of being exposed due to his lack of knowledge of the operation and inadequacies. He is simply not up to the challenge of being a GM. He came from station where the below the wing staff was outsourced. He has no idea how to deal with and manage the union group who makes up the below the wing staff. There have been numerous ethics complaints submitted about McCree's conduct and dealings with individuals. it is interesting that the previous reviewer brought up awards at Norfolk, the manager under Nixon deserves all of the credit as Norfolk won those awards despite Nixons failings. In summary Nixon is a horrible boss and a horrible person.

Excellent Manager in ORF, very good teacher and motivator. Highly smart and strategic during the pandemic he trained us very well during the crisis and we came out successful. At first, we thought they brought him to close ORF from CLT, but he was the best thing that happened to ORF because he got rid of the negative old mindset and hired fresh and upbeat employees and we won 3 cups with him. EWR is lucky to have him. He will whip them in shape because they need him in that toxic place which have been run to the ground by the union for many years.
