Dictionary definition of Toxic manager. Would not give you a straight answer so you couldn’t blame her if it was wrong . Would often change the way she wanted things done because she didn’t know the day to day workings of the entries, causing unnecessary work. Would load you up with work and expect you to work nights and weekends to get it done and if you didn’t you were told you have poor time management skills. If you asked a question she would make you feel dumb for not knowing the answer. If you asked for a list of priorities she would tell you that she was disappointed in you because she expected you to know how to prioritize at your level. She would contradict 98% of decisions of her lower managers in front of the team. These are all things I have experienced or witnessed.
