Not only is this person the worst human being ever, but they are also an awful manager. They lie and manipulate and pin baristas and supervisors against each other. This manager told an endless amount of lies about our district manager. They never coached unless there was another manager present and then suddenly they tried to do their job. They said they could never close because a manager just doesn't have time to be on the floor, yet every manager in the district would work on the floor at least once. They only ever gave negative feedback and only after talking badly about you with everyone else and when you ask for the more positive feedback they tell you that if you're doing your job right then you shouldn't see or hear from them at all. They never gave out formal information. All store meetings went unknown until the last possible minute because they refused to use their resources to appropriately communicate with their own staff. They get mad at you if you text them when you have a question or a problem you need help with and tell you that you should know how to handle it on your own, then they proceed to get mad at you when you try to deal with things on your own and tell you that you need to be communicating with them. They go against all workforce laws and force people to work when sick. If this is your manager, dont wait and hope things change. This manager threats to give you corrective actions for everything and make working at starbucks the worst experience in the world. If this is your manager, RUN.
