Nicel is a supervisor who does not know how to create an environment where employees can safely learn. Nicel is always the first to zone out of conversations with team members, you can see in her eyes she thinks team members are below her and that having to do anything with team members is a waste of her time. Confuses authority as power and needs to manage with an iron fist. Horrible communication skills, hardly leader material.
