I was with Inmar Intelligence from June to December. Mihir Parkar was my manager.As a manager, you would expect him to have weekly one-on-one or some form of communication that would gauge the situation of the progress of any employee. He never engaged with anyone on that level. He would repeatedly create a hostile and authoritarian environment where any voice against his own is used as defiance. He would repeatedly curse at employees of Inmar intelligence as Stupids, idiots. He often time-resolved to the very demeaning way of solving any issues. He never engaged in creating a team that would thrive as a team. It was a banana republic. Communication was nonexistent. We would barely see him on any level. No Employee development at all, that might very well be a joke for him. It was an environment of constant stress around the ecosystem.
