Michelle is a micro-manager, and is demeaning to her employees. The type of manager who scolds you for being 10 minutes late, or making a minor grammatical error in a document. She makes vague general requests than changes them to being firm expectations which are still vague and unattainable. My impression is that she gets requests from other management and feels to much internal pressure, she puts pressure on her subordinates. Michelle does understand learning and development, but management is just not in the cards for her. TruMark is a great company and I would return if I didn't have to report to her.
