Michelle Jurica Garcia is the classic workplace narcissist and bully. She wants everyone to feel like they are less than her. She is constantly demeaning and picking apart people in a mean and unprofessional way. No one wants to work with her.

Michelle talks about, makes fun of, and makes up lies about the people she works with in a mean spirited way. She tells coworkers that they cannot be nice to certain people she does not like for catty, immature reasons. And if you remain professional and equitable toward one of the people Michelle does not like, she adds you to her list of people she creates problems with. She is always trying to create alliances against others for the most petty reasons instead of being collaborative, professional, and mature. Working with Michelle is like being forced to be in a toxic middle school girl clique.

Michelle is not open to new or different ideas other than her own. She struggles to understand how to do things differently or learn about more progressive practices that have strong research data supporting the benefits. She becomes paralyzed in status quo because she cannot effectively problem solve and lacks creativity to design effective interventions. Any idea that is different than hers will not be welcomed by her. She’s also mean spirited and gossips about coworkers constantly. It’s sad to see someone so bitter and mean toward others and who spreads so much negativity.
