She would yell at employees for being sick and calling out. These employees would actually be sick and would need the day off and she would take them off the schedule. For me personally, she never put me back on the schedule after i sprained my ankle and needed time off. Also, I couldn’t figure out how the schedule app worked and needed to take off for school. Over the summer, no joke, I had to text her AT LEAST a half of a dozen times to ask her what was wrong. Then, when I called her, she texted me back asking me, “what’s up?” Overall, she was not understanding to our needs and would act like she was not the problem.
