Mike as he calls himself...Is not the best manager I've ever worked for. He was a bit of an aggressor and can be sneaky! He talked really bad about other managers, John ( who was a general manager there previously) and Jason. I've never worked for a manager that was not a leader, but solely a dictator in other words. He would write people minute by minute if you were late, called off, did a minor mistake. Upon hiring me he asked me to do a mechanical test, this test was nothing compared to what was really done here... COACHES, these were buses built extremely different from a diesel truck! IT was all a learning-based issue in this job now, lack of training, etc... Glad I resigned, they seemed to not have it together and with This OPS manager was like working in a confederate South-based company in the 1600-the 1800s.

All I can say about Michael "Mike" Lawrence, is he is unprofessional, Sneaky, not a leader and so much more. The time working for this person was the worst! Not just with me... But everyone who has worked for this person has technically despised this manager. Why? He comes off being nice in front of your face, gives you a smirk, and then turns around and witch hunts if you fail to go through his "CHAIN OF COMMAND", He hates that... He has said the most offensive jokes about Mexicans in Texas, him with Matt Barulich ( He stayed Quiet, probably in fear of losing his job) but who says they throw a tortilla in front of the car and see how fast it dissapears? , He has always stated to keep things in the "HUSH" as you will, when things of concern have been brought up to him. He is racist against Black & Latino workers. He is a witch hunter and loves to fire people for the smallest things. He loves to go after people and discipline and call them out for attack. I don't think he has ever been a Manager prior to ABC because he had a power trip in his personality ... ALL this was reported to Headquarters HR and nothing was done! But instead proceed to hire a supposed HR and Office Manager, which I will say she was a puppet by Lawrence and Director Matt Riello. She quit after they were gone " Stating she no longers has control" when the new real managers came along.
