She seems so nice and patient for a long time, but she is consistently talking crap on people behind their backs. It’s one thing to vent about a coworker a few times and move forward, it’s another to consistently belittle them and talk down about them behind their back, on a professional chat platform. It’s disheartening, especially because most of the time those that she talks smack about have been in nothing but kind to her.
