One of the worst bosses I have ever worked for. One of the worst HR professionals out there. She has no idea how to manage and build a high performance team. She runs the HR department like an authoritarian. HR should be the ethics and guiding principles of any company. I have seen her yell, raise her voice and cuss at people when she didn’t get her way. She manipulates her way out of the situation by glass lighting - blaming others or the situation constantly. Micromanaging work of her team to hide that she doesn’t have a strong technical or strategic background in Human Resources. She talks to everyone, including employees like they are five year olds. She only grants leaders exceptions to that rule. I’ve never quite seen anyone change personalities as quickly as I have seen her, as soon as a someone above her in rank walks by. She demands respect at all times but never grants it to others. Anyone who disagrees with her on any topic quickly becomes an enemy. However, if you kiss her ass she will do everything in her power to give more favorable treatment. I have seen her give low performers raises and promotions simply for kissing butt. If that wasn’t enough she is simply nasty, rude, demanding and has no sense of understanding that people have lives outside of the office. Asking for large projects and items at the end of the day even though team members were slated for a vacation or leaving early. Constantly asking her team to work late the day before major holidays with no notice. Run away!

The most divisive leader I’ve ever worked for. Has no idea how to create, scale, or develop. The ultimate micro manager, wastes time and resources just to put her name on something. Never has a plan or a strategy, extremely reactive. Everything comes down to cost rather than productivity.

Doesn’t understand concepts of building and motivating a high performing team. Classic micro manager. Separated vs built team. Felt like a 9 year old being told what to do and how. No positive feedback or appreciation for work. You get the picture.
