Max Dulberger is a very knowledgeable person, but he has some serious personal developments to work on. I give Max a C for employee development because he lack empathy towards his employees. When I first started working in my department with Max he seemed like a nice guy towards his people but as time progressed I noticed Max became Very short tempered with his colleagues and actually very disturbing. Secondly, Max gets an F for communication. Well this stands true because Max Dulberger does not communicate what’s he needs/wants specifically from a certain project and gets angry when his people don’t read his mind and produces exactly what he wants. I often saw how frustrated and over worked his people were trying to please a man who could not be please. He’d become pretty angry and them and start belittling and disrespecting the individuals under him by completely forgetting their Names and calling them “dude” or “girl”. This is demeaning and unnecessary, this lacks professionalism and good leader ship which brings me too employee empowerment. Here Max gets a F because he is disrespectful to those under him and lacks the ability to give positive feedback. Max would often take credit for good work that others have done and go on week vacations without telling anyone. Completely ridiculous and appalling my first time witnessing this. I felt so bad for our department. Overall Max’s Final Grade is a “D”. Very smart man but lacks professionalism and leadership abilities to be a Manager and the Illinois State Treasurer. I had to leave after about a Year of service because I could no longer work with a Man like him. Definitely needs to undergo more training.
