He is a racist out and out! He is of Indian descent but obviously favors the white. He supports the student intern Allison Hancock, who is a woman but has the voice of a man but is white. There are other student interns who were working there, he shames them. He works on a project called MTCF, he sees that no student intern learns or works on that project for more than a year because he wants to control the project. He wants the management to be dependent solely on him for that. To the social network, he appears to be a nice person, but he is a racist. Till today he never hired a black person. He treats people of other races so badly(including his own Indian race), people run away from him. He is a micro-manager and a sour person in his personal life. Maybe that is because he turned 40 and is single. He is never able to truly appreciate happiness in his colleagues' lives.
