Matt is the epitome of “fly under the radar.” As a matter of fact, I think that’s his life motto. He avoids confrontation so as to not rock the boat even though his job is to correct mistakes and check people. He cannot handle his own responsibilities and has his counterparts do them for him. I’m positive he was that dude in college who would not contribute to group projects but take credit for the passing grade.
