He is a pervert! Let's say that... he is unethical. He comes out as being sweet and nice and understanding but he is a pervert! He flirted with the office manager at the time there and made some disgusting comments to her and about her. As I overheard this, I was stunned! She later came in to complain about that...Tried to report it but felt that the HR department/Managers did not believe her and overlooked her reports and just felt she had to be careful with this company. Later she was let go because she would not follow their illegalities of rules and perversion. This manager is complicated...He does tend to try to do the next right best thing but was not very good at it. He gave promises to employees but never kept his word. He was easily swayed by another manager there who was not good... Matt and his Managers do is eat, to say the least, and meet after meetings... Never around and never really fixed things with employee empowerment, just hire and fire! no one really lasts here for more than 5 months. Raises were only given to mechanics and to the fave people!
