In my opinion experience, they question everything an employee said and not willing to learn from the employee. There was a pretty big lack of humility in approach. Little was done to empower employee or acknowledge strengths. Family members of this person were in my opinion using the employees for their own gain in the real estate market. Many employees felt uncomfortable since he was the CEO, that they had to go with this family member if they were in the market. I found this unethical in action. Words and actions are very different. This individual was no humble enough to learn others.
