Mary is the worst manager and HR leader. She does not know how to be a strategic advisor. She has only been able to partially answer requests from the business and sends us on never ending tailspins and restarts of work. It’s a tremendous toll on everyone. She is an abusive and manipulative person. When you present her with a sound and comprehensive solution based on organization data and backed with study data, she will ignore you and change the subject. She always has a ridiculous and lazy reason for why we should not try something new. It is sad to see how much Westinghouse has suffered because she is so ineffective. She also makes inappropriate and hateful comments about people of color. She’s an all around nightmare.

I would like to know have compassion for someone who is obviously mentally ill, but it is hard to have compassion for such a hateful and racist person as Mary Clouse at Westinghouse. She seems to get very confused and is very suspicious of people because of her avid interest in conspiracy theories and her passionate, closed minded political views. Because of this, she has never been able to make a meaningful contribution in her role and employees have suffered as a result. Employees are grateful she is finally being made to leave the organization.

Mary is the example of what not to be like or do in any capacity or position. She been in a position that directly creates and controls the lack of inclusion at Westinghouse for way too long. Her actions should never have been allowed or tolerated. She does not know how to make an impact and can only handle incoming requests. She cannot provide strategic advise or create a meaning plan to help improve the organization and the organization and employees have suffered greatly because of her. Her outlandish political views and ideas based on hear say and conspiracy theory compromise her decisions (or lack there of) and how she treats others. She is a liability to Westinghouse.
