Martin has a lot of experience in project management and supply chain, but unfortunately ended up quite randomly in an HR Leadership role without any qualifications to do this job. After spending more than 7 years in the same role, it's a bit sad seeing him being stuck in a field he's not excelling at, without any prospect of growing within the company nor outside of it, despite applying for almost every single HR leadership role in Bratislava and everyone talking about it. Hope he manages to find his way back to customer service or supply chain, where he's got more potential. He deserves to be happy.
