I worked for Maris Whitney in San Jose Ca at Good Samaritan Hospital NICU. My experience with her was very concerning she was sneaky, she lied a lot, terrible favoritism (next level), plays games with employees she doesn’t like such as withholding support for the nurse and patients they care for. When she doesn’t like you she try’s to destroy you and tear you down on every single level she can. She takes this behavior to such a level that she has no qualms about interfering in the delivery of care on important issues. I also saw her literally openly behave abusive to people who where sick from breast cancer and work injuries. Her behavior was so bad that I am convinced she’s a narcissist. Nothing else could explain her lack of empathy toward her staff she’s sick. Don’t work here!!!
