A narcissist and legitimately one of the worst human beings you could ever have the displeasure of encountering in your life. As a sales leader, she will wait until deals are in late stage and take them from reps to give to her favorites. You will know if you're a favorite, because the culture she creates is that of a high school clique, where you will feel like garbage unless you kiss the ring. When people on her team close deals, ultimately it doesn't matter unless you make a big show about how much Marie helped you in the deal, because in her mind the only thing we're there for is to make sure she continues to climb the latter which seems to be the only thing she actually cares about. On a personal level, you've never met anyone more self absorbed and unstable. She's ready to snap at any moment--its like walking on eggshells around her. Bad boss, bad at sales, bad person. If Salesforce allowed any accountability for their leadership she'd have been gone a long time ago, but alas such is life.
