Marie was difficult to work with. She was aggressive towards her team and would belittle people in open forums. She made the workplace stressful and unsafe for many team members. She pressured staff to socialise outside of work and would punish those who didn’t engage in binge drinking on a Friday afternoon. Leadership capabilities were non existent.

Marie was a bully, manipulative and downright horrible person. She empowers herself by belittling her staff members in public and in team meetings, often shouting verbal abuse. She like to arrange vendor lunch meetings throughout the week and drink until she drops, literally Marie had put many of her staff members and team under severe stress and some reportedly to the point of suicide 3 months after the commencement of her tenure at Telstra, Marie was fired and black listed from Telstra in 2017
