This "manager" has her other employees do her work, to which she complains she busy, backed up, needs help, she can't even order the proper equipment for her department, let alone do the schedule. She loves to throw her own employees under the bus for her incompetent work ethic.
She cries and says she feel unappreciated. Then throws a fit like an immature kid. And takes it out on the dept. She's always on vacay and going on loa and wonders why she has so much work to do.
She has got to be one of the most useless managers I have ever come across. She'll hire anyone with a pulse and consistantly bully and harass the good employees till they quit. Then wonder why her department short.
She doesnt even know the policy and procedures of her own department.
This woman seriously needs to prove that she can do beside throughout the whole hospital by herself for the whole 3 shifts. Not just subacute and from her office. She needs to do the job she is paid to do. Not give her responsibilities to her employees.
A Complete an utter moron, whos English needs work, she seriously needs to see a physcaitrist for her consistant need to look for attention like an infant.
Completely sexist: She especially loves to bully the females in the department.
As stated before she will place blame on everyone other than herself. We are a "team"when she messes up, otherwise it's everyone else's fault.
Always brings her personal life to work. Loves to state she'll come in when we are short staffed but would rather send an RT from the sister hospital, than come in. Possibly leaving the other hospital short staffed.
This manager is going to make you want to be in a psychward. Moods always changing, looking for attention, uses people, than blames them for her screw ups. Always blames the dept and take the nurses side. Not hearing out her own employee
Her favorite thing to tell her employees is: "youtube it" when they have questions about equipment. Clearly showing she has no clue what she's doing.
She add and changes staffing and use of pto/sick pay to her liking. She does this to "prove" shes "managing" also Showing up randomly and being a tyrant right before the holidays and wonders why no one wants to work it.
Says one thing and does the complete opposite, then she starts to gaslight.
There needs to be an major investigation done on her.
