Has the emotional maturity of dodo bird. She should not be allowed to "manage" any department. She's not even there for anyone but herself. Always goes on vacation, but wonders why she has so much things to do. She places Blame for anything she messes up on and takes credit for those who actually does her job. (Until the employee eventually quits because of her constant harassment and guilt trips she gives her employees) She loves to tell people don't contact her with questions due to being "in charge of two hospitals" Or "shes stressed out" but no one ever sees her for more than 5 mins once a week. Will only show up twice a week to write people up for things that happened 3 or more months ago. During covid She hid at home and didn't help cover shifts when her employees was short staffed due to catching covid. Which makes you wonder how she contracted covid if she is never bedside. Let alone in the covid unit. She would also try and force covid positive employees with symptoms to come into work. So she doesn't have to come in (which when she does, she put herself in subacute and charts from her office) Loves to force new grads, new hires to take a workload d/t short staffing with no proper traning and saying stuff like: "they have a license to practice they should take a work load" So many questions should be raised when hiring a sexist emotionally immature manager who gaslights her own employees. She takes everything personal, she creates a hostile work environment when she decides to manage a department it's usually right before a survey to cover her incompetent managerial skills. No one should be subjugated to this type of person parading around with a "admin/manager" title.
